| Stretch Test |  |

While standing, try stretching down and touching your toes. Then put on a FIR product (necklace works best) and try the same stretch after five minutes. The distance you can stretch will be increased. | |
| Cigarette Test |  |

| Get any cigarette (menthol works best), and put it inside the OQ Ring. Wait about five minutes and try smoking the cigarette. The smoke and taste will be greatly diminished, and menthol almost gone. | ||
| Power Test |  |
|
| Put your thumb and index finger together and ask someone to try and pull your fingers apart. Put a FIR product around your wrist (necklace or bracelet) and ask the same person to try again. Your resistance will noticably increase. | ||
